**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise shuttering carpenters, helpers, and labor teams at the site.
- Execute conventional shuttering/formwork works as per drawings and project guidelines.
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Ensure accurate alignment, leveling, and centering of shuttering elements.
- Coordinate with site engineers and structural foremen to streamline operations.
- Conduct inspections for quality control and adherence to safety norms.
- Maintain records of productivity, material usage, and labor deployment.
- Oversee timely de-shuttering and safe reuse of formwork materials.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure responsible material handling.
- Resolve formwork-related issues on-site efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in conventional shuttering for high-rise buildings
- Proficient in reading and interpreting structural and formwork drawings
- Hands-on experience with shuttering for columns, beams, slabs, lift cores, and staircases
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Sound knowledge of site safety practices and shuttering quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
