**Training Location : Chennai**

**Duration : 42 Days (Mon to Sat)**

**Audience***: Laterals**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and hands-on training sessions, covering Python, Django, TypeScript, and Angular.
- Provide real-world examples, coding exercises, and case studies to enhance the learning experience.

**2. Customization**:

- Tailor training programs to meet specific requirements of corporate clients, ensuring relevance to their industry and business processes.

**3. Feedback and Evaluation**:

- Collect and analyze participant feedback to enhance the quality of training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and adjust content or delivery methods as necessary.

**4. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to understand training needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of training programs.

**5. Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant performance.
- Generate reports to provide insights into the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives.

**Required Skills**:
**1. Technical Expertise**:

- In-depth knowledge of Python programming language.
- Proficiency in Django web framework.
- Strong understanding of TypeScript and Angular for front-end development.

**2. Training and Facilitation**:

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience in conducting hands-on coding exercises and practical demonstrations.

**3. Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt training content to diverse skill levels and learning styles within a corporate audience.

**4. Collaboration**:

- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

**5. Feedback and Evaluation**:

- Skill in collecting and analyzing participant feedback to improve training quality.
- Ability to assess the effectiveness of training sessions and make adjustments as needed.
