The goal is to effectively communicate the value of our products/services, generate interest, and nurture leads to facilitate the sales process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists or databases.
- Introduce company products/services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to identify their needs and qualify them as potential leads.
- Provide accurate information and answer questions about our products/services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
- Effectively communicate with leads to schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure timely response and customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
**Salary**: ₹15,086.00 - ₹20,154.17 per month
