Panchkula, India Vibcare Pharma Pvt. Ltd. Full time

Plan and control daily/weekly production so that orders are dispatched **On-Time-In-Full (OTIF)**. Work closely with Production, QA/IPQA, Stores, and Purchase to align materials, capacity, and schedules.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Convert sales orders/forecasts into **batch plans**; issue production orders.
- Check **BOMs**, availability of **RM/PM**, raise indents, and follow up with Stores/Purchase.
- Do **capacity loading** for machines/manpower; plan changeovers and priorities.
- Track **WIP**, stage-wise progress, yields, and rework; escalate delays and re-schedule.
- Coordinate with **QA/IPQA** for line clearance, in-process checks, and batch release.
- Maintain and update **ERP/MRP** and Excel trackers; publish daily/weekly MIS.
- Monitor **OTIF, TAT, plan vs. actual**, and drive corrective actions.
- Support **new product** and artwork/code changes with correct master data.

**Requirements**:

Experience**:2-4 years** in PPC/production planning (pharma/FMCG preferred).

Education**: Graduate (B.Pharm/B.Sc/BE/Operations); **MBA (Ops/SCM)** is a plus.

Skills**:

Strong **Excel** (Pivot, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and **ERP/MRP** usage.
Understanding of **BOM, MPS/MRP, lead times, batch sizing, yields**.
Good communication, follow-ups, and coordination across teams.

Awareness**:GMP**, BMR/BPR basics, traceability, and documentation discipline.
