**Job Role**: Digital Marketer

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Formulate and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Optimize website content for search engines, conduct keyword research, and improve organic search visibility.
- Develop and execute social media plans, create engaging content, and manage platforms for brand promotion.
- Generate compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, articles, and multimedia materials.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads or social media, ensuring effective targeting and budget utilization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to inform marketing strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and IT, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Ensure a consistent brand image across all digital channels and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a digital marketer or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze data and use analytics tools to measure campaign performance
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking for developing engaging content and innovative campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and emerging technologies
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
