**Job Summary**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced OT Technician Instructor to join our team and play a vital role in training the next generation of healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum, providing hands-on instruction, and preparing students for successful careers in the operating room.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain engaging curriculum for the OT Technician program, aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Deliver classroom and laboratory instruction, effectively communicating complex medical knowledge and surgical procedures.
- Demonstrate proper use of surgical equipment and instrumentation, ensuring students gain practical skills.
- Facilitate student learning through various methods, including lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and simulations.
- Evaluate student performance through written exams, skills assessments, and clinical rotations (if applicable).
- Maintain a sterile and safe learning environment within the classroom and laboratory.
- Stay abreast of current trends and advancements in surgical technology and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Advise and mentor students on career development opportunities in the field.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a hospital operating room setting.
- Prior instructional experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Patience and dedication to student success.
- Excellent understanding of aseptic technique and infection control protocols.
- Proficiency in using medical terminology.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
