Tribe.xyz is a leading talent acquisition consultancy that partners with high-growth companies around the world to help them build and optimize their talent pipelines. Our clients include companies like Wolt, Kayak, TIER, Cargo.one, Solarisbank and many more. Our team has over 80 people, and we're looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Talent Coordinator
As a Talent Coordinator, you will:
- Work alongside 50+ TA partners and sourcers at companies like Wolt, Kayak, TIER, Cargo.one, and Solarisbank to help improve their talent pipelines.
- Be responsible for helping oversee the successful completion of recruitment projects.
- Measure and record conversion rates.
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making using analytical skills.
- You ideally have 1 year of initial experience in recruiting or talent acquisition in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience working in an RPO environment would be a plus.
- Good understanding and experience with recruitment tools such as ATS.
- Be organized, efficient, and have good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, minimum C1 is essential.
