Position: International BPO Voice Process - US Shift (6 months and above experience)*

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Customer Interaction:*
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

2. *Sales and Upselling:*
- Implement effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote additional services.

3. *Shift Adherence:*
- Work in accordance with US shift timings and schedules.
- Ensure punctuality and attendance compliance.

4. *Product Knowledge:*
- Develop a thorough understanding of the products or services offered.
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions.

5. *Quality Assurance:*
- Adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Participate in regular training sessions to maintain quality service.

6. *Documentation:*
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Document customer feedback and issues for further analysis.

7. *Team Collaboration:*
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments.
- Share insights and contribute to a positive team environment.

8. *Problem Resolution:*
- Effectively resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
- Provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.

*Requirements:*

1. *Experience:*
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in an international BPO voice process, preferably in US shifts.

2. *Communication Skills:*
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or US-accented English.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

3. *Adaptability:*
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Flexibility to work during US shift hours.

4. *Sales Aptitude:*
- Demonstrated sales or upselling skills.
- Comfortable meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. *Customer-Centric Approach:*
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns.

6. *Education:*

12th / diploma or equivalent. Additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
