Essential Skills:

- 5+ years of experience designing concept art, preferably for games
- Exceptional design skills, including color, form, lighting, and composition
- Versatility in translating art styles for various projects
- Advanced Photoshop proficiency
- Basic 3D modeling skills (a plus)
- Understanding of games and the impact of art on game design
- Collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D concept art, including environments, characters, props, and thumbnails
- Effectively interpret project briefs and translate them into visual concepts
- Present and explain ideas clearly to clients and design teams
- Adapt and refine designs based on feedback
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and respond positively
- Proficient in various creative software, including Photoshop, Maya, Painter, and SketchUp
- Conduct thorough research for design inspiration and reference
- Create detailed specification sheets with accurate dimensions and instructions
- Meet deadlines consistently

Qualifications:
1. Profound expertise in artistic fundamentals, encompassing perspective, composition, color and light theory, form, shape, and texture.

2. Effective communication skills for articulating and presenting creative concepts.

3. Research proficiency and a vivid imagination to generate visuals of imaginary people and places.

4. Exceptional technical proficiency, particularly in creative software, for both digital and manual image creation and refinement.

5. Adaptability and resilience to incorporate continuous feedback and align work with the preferences of clients and directors.

6. Collaborative teamwork skills within the broader design process, coupled with the ability to work independently and maintain self-motivation to meet deadlines.

Location: Mohali (Work from Office )

**Salary**: Decent hike on current CTC
Required Experience: 4+ yrs
