**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for selection of vendors after getting respective approval, process their payment
- Managing overall cash flow and fund flow and other budgetary expenses
- Responsible for calculation and payment of statutory liabilities as applicable from time to time
- Provide assistance to auditors for proper audit and manage the documents accordingly
- Responsible for filing of documents and managing the record as per the norms
- Manage day to day expenses, petty cash management and banking correspondence
- Prepare budgets get necessary approval and arrange to manage the expenses accordingly
- Responsible for processing the invoices/salary and any other processes

**Qualification & Experience requirement**:
Bachelor's degree from recognised university with Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant field
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work extended hours as and when required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively
- Highly organized with a distinct propensity for timeliness and professionalism
- Knowledge of TDS, GST, income tax and other statutory requirements

**Skills required**:

- Experience working in educational institute/ service sectors accounting
- Knowledge of using Tally ERP 9

**Salary & Allowances**:Rs 20,000 - Rs 32,000/- per month consolidated pay

**Job Location**:Thaltej, Ahmedabad
