**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Assist clients in understanding their real estate needs, offering expert advice on market trends, property values, and the best areas to invest or reside.
- **Property Listings**: Manage property listings by adding them to MLS, showcasing properties through marketing efforts (online, print, open houses), and ensuring they are presented to potential buyers or tenants.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with current real estate trends, property values, and market conditions in the local area to provide informed advice to clients.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to secure optimal deals.
- **Showings and Open Houses**: Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses for prospective buyers or tenants.
- **Documentation and Paperwork**: Handle all required paperwork such as contracts, agreements, and disclosures for property transactions.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by maintaining strong communication with clients throughout the process, from initial consultation to closing.
- **Networking**: Build and maintain a network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts to expand the company’s reach and grow your client base.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related role preferred but not required.
- **Licensing**: Valid Real Estate License (specific to the location of employment).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex information to clients.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to ensure clients secure the best deals.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with real estate software, MLS listings, and digital marketing tools.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, set goals, and manage time effectively.
