To reduce unit departmental consumption & prevent revenue leakage.
- Clinician hiring within budget and timelines.
- Reductions in PAYOR deductions in collaboration with clinicians as agreed.
- To ensure internal and external customer engagement towards providing the best patient experience.
- Conducting NABH Committee meetings as per NABH Schedule.
- Escalation of Patient complaints, closures in a timebound manner (100%) consistently.
- IP & OP NPS (Feedback on Consultants and junior doctors) >90% across all months.
- Monitoring and maintaining all Clinical Operations Indicators as per group Benchmarking (95%).
- To ensure adherance to all Internal compliances, procedures, protocols and SOPs required by the function.
- Clinical Documentations and compliance is 90% and consent compliance in OPD and IPD 100% as per Audit List.
- To ensure two clinical audits per year and Effective and time bound closure of all clinical Audit Findings (100%).
- 100% compliance to all statutory compliances as per governing norms.
- To ensure proper handling of Medico legal cases in coordination with HMS.
- 100% NABH Compliance on clinical parameters.
