**Position**: Academic Counsellor (Female)
**Location**: Motijheel, Dumdum, Kolkata
**Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
Counsel students on various certificate, diploma, and vocational courses offered by the council
Provide detailed information on admission processes, course benefits, and career opportunities
Assist students in choosing the right program based on their interests and goals
Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up effectively
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure seamless enrollment

**Requirements**:
Graduation or post-graduation in any discipline (preferred: education or counselling)
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling (freshers with a passion for counselling may apply)
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
