**Job Title**: E-commerce Executive (Female)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Product Listing**
- Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon.
- Ensure titles, descriptions, keywords, and images are accurate and optimized.
- Regularly monitor and update product details as required.

**2. Inventory Management**
- Track stock levels to prevent overselling or stockouts.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment.

**3. Pricing Management**
- Monitor competitor pricing to maintain competitiveness.
- Implement promotions, discounts, and pricing strategies as per business requirements.

**4. Order Processing**
- Ensure timely order fulfillment in coordination with logistics partners.
- Manage returns, refunds, and customer queries efficiently.

**5. Marketplace Optimization**
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Work on Amazon SEO strategies, including keyword research and A+ content creation.

**6. Reporting & Analytics**
- Prepare regular performance and sales reports.
- Track and analyze advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.

**Skill Requirements**

**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of Amazon advertising and sponsored products (preferred).

**Communication Skills**
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle customer interactions and resolve complaints effectively.

**Problem-Solving & Creativity**
- Ability to troubleshoot listing issues promptly.
- Innovative approach to developing marketplace strategies.

**Attention to Detail**
- High level of accuracy in product data, pricing, and order handling.

**Adaptability**
- Eagerness to learn and keep up with Amazon policies and e-commerce trends.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or Amazon operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experienced only.
