**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute marketing plans to generate leads and increase footfall to the institute.

2. Identify target demographics and devise strategies to reach them effectively.

3. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

4. Organize and participate in promotional events, workshops, and seminars to showcase our courses and engage with prospective students.

6. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to explore partnership opportunities and expand our network.

7. Implement tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

8. Provide regular reports and analysis on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

9. Actively contribute ideas for improving marketing initiatives and enhancing the overall student recruitment process.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.

8. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required for events and promotions.

9. Knowledge of UPSC examinations and the competitive exam coaching industry is a plus.
