Role and responsibilities
- Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to organizational stakeholders
- Must have strong technical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable fashion
- Develop and manage data dashboards, reports, and metrics for businesses and corporations across various business processes
- Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
- Help in creating meaningful Dashboards to report to Senior Management the KPIs and Progress of Processes and Data
- Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

Skills and competencies
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to present data in an easily understandable format
- Data Integration: Data is extracted from different sources which can be different servers or databases. The data from various sources can be in different types and formats.
- Data Transforming: Integrated data is not ready to visualize data because the data should be transformed.
- Report & Publish: After sourcing and cleaning the data, you can create the reports
- Proficiency in database languages such as SQL to extract, manipulate, & analyze data from databases

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a reporting specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to translate complex findings into written text
- Familiarity with various databases, data extraction and analysis tools
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and other reporting tools (like PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
- A bachelor’s degree in IT

The Role is of a Data Reporting Analyst part of the Operational Governance team reporting to the Vice President - Commercial Operational Governance.
Our goal is to ensure governance of commercial documentation, controls, and data; create dashboards and reports on key KPIs; foster continuous improvement; and enhance customer experience within regulatory standards.
