**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of all materials, tools, and equipment using an inward/outward register or digital system.
- **Receiving Materials**:

- Verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and challans.
- Inspect materials for quality and quantity, reporting any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Document all received items and issue a Goods Received Note (GRN).
- **Issuing Materials**:

- Process material requisition slips from site engineers and project teams.
- Issue materials and update inventory records accordingly.
- Obtain signatures from recipients to acknowledge receipt of materials.
- **Stock Control**:

- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile with records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent shortages.
- **Storage and Organization**:

- Ensure all materials are stored securely and systematically in their designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom, adhering to all safety protocols.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on material consumption, stock levels, and any incidents.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the site team, security personnel, and procurement to ensure smooth material flow.

**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in a construction or related industry.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of inventory management best practices.
- Proficiency in using inventory software or digital systems.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
