Cambridge Educational Services is seeking an **experienced Admission cum Filing Officer** to join our team in Australia. The role requires a professional with **4-5 years of proven experience** in student admissions and visa filing, preferably with strong knowledge of the **Australian education system and visa processes**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end admission and student visa filing processes.
- Collect, verify, and organize student documentation in line with Australian immigration and education requirements.
- Maintain organized student files and records, both digitally and physically, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Liaise with Australian universities, colleges, and CRICOS-registered providers for admission confirmations and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information in line with data protection standards.
- Stay updated on changes in Australian admission guidelines and visa regulations (Department of Home Affairs).

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum **4-5 years of proven experience** in international admissions and visa filing (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of **Australian education system, CRICOS providers, and Student Visa (Subclass 500) requirements**.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
