**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process monthly salaries for blue-collar employees, including attendance, overtime, and applicable deductions.
- Prepare statutory & compliance challans (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) and maintain compliance documentation as required.
- **Expense Register Maintenance**:Record and track daily operational expenses with accuracy and timely updates. Maintain invoice records with complete vendor details, tax information, and payment status.
- Will be responsible to completely assist and manage Invoice Master Management, Attendance & Overtime Tracking, Support System Audit & MIS Reporting.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel**: Should possess strong Excel skills, including formulas, functions, and basic macros.
- **Critical Thinking**: Ability to analyze data, question inconsistencies, and approach tasks with a problem-solving mindset. A strong understanding of business processes and the impact of financial operations on overall performance

Qualification & Experience
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Understanding of payroll and basic statutory compliance preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
