**Job Title**:
**Automobile Service Incharge**

**Location**: Mahalaxmi Honda, Bagal Chowk, Kolhapur.

**Job Summary**:
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing workshop operations, managing resources, ensuring compliance with HMSI guidelines, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving business growth targets. The role demands a strong focus on leadership, operational excellence, and team development to optimize service quality and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities1. Personnel Management**
- Recruit, train, and retain skilled staff.
- Monitor and report employee performance to senior management.
- Establish workplace ethics, discipline, and a positive work environment.

**2. Tools & Material Management**
- Ensure the availability of necessary tools, materials, and equipment.
- Optimize the usage of resources and plan timely procurement.

**3. HMSI Guidelines Compliance**
- Implement HMSI systems, processes, and updates across the workshop.
- Ensure strict adherence to HMSI policies and standards.

**4. Complaint Management**
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Track and analyse the quality of complaint resolutions.

**5. Customer Satisfaction**
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Implement corrective actions to enhance the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

**6. Environmental Activities**
- Promote green initiatives and create awareness among employees.
- Implement and monitor eco-friendly practices in line with HMSI guidelines.

**7. Network Management**
- Ensure skilled manpower and adequate training at all service canters.
- Maintain operational standards across all outlets and expand the service network.

**8. Target Monitoring**
- Set monthly and annual business goals.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve these targets.

**9. Performance Review**
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and workshop profitability.
- Develop and implement improvement plans for underperforming areas.

**10. Workshop Capacity Planning**
- Monitor workload and optimize resource allocation.
- Plan for future expansions and equip the workshop with necessary facilities.

**11. HMSI Reporting**
- Ensure timely sharing of updates, reports, and warranty materials with HMSI.

**12. Training**:

- Attend training session conducted by the company at the training centre as per organizational requirement to remain updated and refresh on skill sets and new products and its updates new, guidelines and industry.
