Due to expansion and growth, NEACON is looking for a suitably experienced Draftsperson who is ready to take the next exciting step in their career.

The successful applicant should have previous experience in Architectural Drafting and have skills in the preparation of documentation for the domestic housing industry with strong customer service skills. Excellent communication skills to use internally and externally and a strong work ethic.

**This role will include**:

- Producing detailed construction drawings, prelim plans and design concepts.
- Knowledge and experience using and maintaining Auto CAD.
- Liaise with external consultants and Local Government Authorities in Australia.
- Prepare Council and other Authorities documents for submission.
- Ability to learn and use additional computer programs (Builder trend).
- Strong knowledge of Council DCP's, comply and development restrictions, NCC and Australian Standards is preferred but not required.
- Support and work with internal and sales staff.

**To be successful in this position you must have**:

- An Diploma in Architectural Drafting or equivalent
- An organised and bubbly individual with excellent communication skills
- Well presentable and punctual
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management & organisational capability
