**Position Title**:PLC Programmer

**Location**:Narhe, Pune

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

**Experience**:Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience PLC Programming

**Key Responsibilities**:

- PLC Programming: Write, test, and modify PLC programs, primarily using Siemens and Mitsubishi PLC platforms, based on process requirements, technical specifications, and project goals.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues in PLC systems and automation processes, minimizing downtime and maintaining efficient system performance.
- System Integration: Work closely with other engineers to integrate PLC systems with HMI, SCADA, sensors, and other automation technologies.
- Maintenance & Support: Perform regular maintenance and software updates to PLC systems, ensuring reliable and continuous operations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and operational manuals.
- Testing and Commissioning: Assist in testing and commissioning PLC systems on-site, ensuring systems meet design specifications and function as expected.
- Collaboration: Work with other technical teams and production personnel to identify and implement system improvements or new automation projects.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all programming and automation systems comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram (FBD).
- Experience working with Siemens and Mitsubishi PLCs (e.g., Siemens S7, Mitsubishi

FX/FX5).
- Familiarity with industrial automation protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and Profibus.
- Strong understanding of electrical control systems, sensors, actuators, and motor control.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues with PLC-controlled systems and automation processes quickly.
- Familiarity with automation software and development tools like TIA Portal (Siemens), GX Works (Mitsubishi), or similar platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with team members, management, and clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
