Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Summary:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the maintenance and growth of the organization's Management Information Systems. This role involves data analysis, report generation, system maintenance, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data. The MIS Executive supports business operations by providing timely and accurate information for decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Design, develop, and maintain MIS systems**: Ensure that the systems meet the business requirements of all departments.
- **Analyze business requirements**: Determine the technology needs of various departments and implement new systems accordingly.
- **Data collection and analysis**: Collect, analyze, and disseminate data in a time-sensitive manner to the management.
- **Report generation**: Prepare and present reports based on data analysis to support strategic planning.
- **System maintenance**: Provide ongoing maintenance and upgrades for systems as required.
- **Database management**: Maintain and update databases to ensure information accuracy.
- **Security**: Ensure the security of the company’s digital documents and sensitive information.
- **Training**: Train employees on how to use new systems and provide troubleshooting assistance.
- **Liaison**: Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments to ensure that the system meets the organization’s needs.
- **Stay updated**: Keep informed about the latest developments in the management information systems field.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Over 5 years of experience in MIS or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in advanced Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP), analytics reporting tools, and other relevant software.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze complex business problems and assess how automated systems can be implemented to solve them.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and repair systems as needed.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.

**Education**:

- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is typically required.

Additional Information:

- The role may involve working closely with various departments to gather requirements and ensure effective communication.
- The MIS Executive may also be responsible for developing and implementing disaster recovery protocols and purchasing efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
