- **Research and Development**:

- Conduct research in leather design innovations, sustainable materials, and market trends.
- Publish research papers and present findings at conferences.
- **Industry Collaboration**:

- Build relationships with leather and fashion industry stakeholders for guest lectures, internships, and industry projects.
- Organize field visits to tanneries, leather manufacturers, and fashion houses.
- **Academic Administration**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, student assessments, and quality assurance activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Leather Design, Fashion Textiles, or a related field.
