**Sales and Marketing (Operations) Intern (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM)**

We are a growing property management group specializing in student and professional accommodation. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our back-end systems, CRM management, and lead pre-qualification processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Enter and organize data related to leads, tenants, and property details.
- Ensure seamless integration of workflows within the CRM system.
- Review and pre-qualify incoming leads based on set criteria.
- Assign and categorize leads appropriately within the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth handovers to the sales team.
- Design and generate forms, links, and other digital tools to streamline operations.
- Assist in automating data collection processes to improve efficiency.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
