We are looking for an ITI-certified Fitter to join our technical team. The Fitter will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical components and machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setup.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Assemble and fit mechanical parts using hand tools and machines.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
- Perform drilling, grinding, cutting, welding, and fabrication as required.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Inspect finished components to ensure quality and tolerance standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in clean condition.
- Assist in installation and testing of mechanical systems or equipment.

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of mechanical fitting techniques and tools.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Basic welding, drilling, and fabrication skills.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures.
- Physical strength and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant.
- Familiarity with machine tools and basic welding.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
