**Profile - Site Engineer**

Qualification - B.Tech - civil

**Experience - Min. 5+ yrs. in real estate**

Salary - Open for Discussion

**Location - Gurugram, Haryana**

Develop and follow project schedules to ensure timely progress.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to keep the project on track.

Plan daily activities on-site and allocate resources efficiently.

Oversee daily site operations and ensure that work is executed as per project plans.

Monitor workforce productivity and ensure that safety standards are followed.

Address on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.

Ensure construction work meets quality and safety standards as well as local building codes.

Conduct regular inspections to verify that materials, processes, and workmanship are up to specification.

Coordinate with the quality control team to perform testing on materials and finished structures.Enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

Ensure that all workers use personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe work environment.
