**Job Title: Graphic Designer**
- Position: Graphic Designer

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing, social media, product, and web teams to understand design requirements and deliver compelling visual solutions.
- Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and other offline marketing collaterals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
- Create and optimize assets for websites, apps, and social platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices**.**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 1.5 to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is a plus.
- Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and branding.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with a creative problem-solving mindset.
