**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a Fitter to join our production team. As a fresher with an ITI qualification in Fitter, you will play a vital role in assembling and fitting mechanical components for our electric vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers to kick-start their careers in the automotive sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble and fit mechanical components and systems for electric vehicles as per technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, welding, and shaping metal components to fit them accurately in vehicle assemblies.
- Assist in maintaining and repairing production machinery and tools.
- Ensure high-quality standards and precision while assembling vehicle components.
- Conduct basic inspections and quality checks to ensure components and assemblies meet company specifications.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of the workspace by following safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and the production team to meet daily production targets and timelines.
- Participate in regular training to improve skills and knowledge of the latest technology in vehicle manufacturing.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Fitter or a related mechanical trade.
- Basic understanding of mechanical assembly, fitting, and maintenance.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Good understanding of safety practices in manufacturing environments.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

**Desired Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of electric vehicle components and systems (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision.
