Cameraman

**Introduction**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cameraman to join our creative team for our YouTube channel. This role will involve capturing high-quality video content for various types of content, including Product manufacturing, interviews, Street Foods, Indian Cultures, festivals and travelogues-related videos, and more. As a Senior Cameraman, you will have a pivotal role in shaping the visual style and storytelling of our videos, ensuring that all shots are well-composed, lit, and meet the channel's aesthetic.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production**: Operate cameras and other video equipment for all shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with the channel’s style.
- **Camera Setup and Maintenance**: Set up cameras, lighting, and other production equipment prior to shoots. Ensure the proper functioning of all video equipment and troubleshoot any issues during production.
- **Shot Composition**: Understand the director’s vision and work to achieve cinematic shots that enhance storytelling. Have a keen eye for framing, angles, and camera movements.
- **Lighting**: Work with the team to set up appropriate lighting for each scene, ensuring the visuals are bright, clear, and professional.
- **Post-production Collaboration**: Provide the editor with the necessary video files and instructions for editing, including any specific transitions, effects, or color grading preferences.
- **Content Variety**: Capture a wide variety of content, from on-location shoots to studio settings, ensuring adaptability to different formats and content styles.
- **Creative Input**: Contribute ideas for camera techniques, new filming styles, and visual storytelling techniques to enhance the channel’s aesthetic.
- **Maintain Equipment**: Ensure the cameras and related equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in good working order.
- **Oversee Junior Crew**: Supervise any junior camera operators or assistants, guiding them to maintain high production standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 3+ years of experience as a cameraman, preferably in the digital content or YouTube space.
- **Proven Expertise**: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with various camera equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless, cinema cameras, drones, etc.) and technical setups (lighting, sound).
- **Strong Portfolio**: A portfolio or reel showcasing high-quality video work, especially in a YouTube or online content environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Expertise in camera settings, lenses, framing, exposure, and other technical aspects of videography. Knowledge of editing software (like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus.
- **Creative Vision**: Ability to understand and execute creative concepts, while also bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong eye for detail, including composition, lighting, and movement.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to clearly communicate with team members and understand feedback and direction from the creative team.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to work on a wide variety of content types and adapt to new filming styles and techniques.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to work long hours on set and handle heavy camera equipment when needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience with YouTube or Social Media Content**: Familiarity with trends in online content creation, particularly YouTube’s best practices for framing, lighting, and visual style.
- **Drone Operations**: Experience flying drones for aerial shots.
- **Experience with Live Streaming**: Experience in live broadcasting or live stream production is a bonus.
- **Degree/Certification**: A degree in film production, cinematography, or related fields is a plus but not required.

We are looking for energetic young filmmakers and editors to shoot and cut videos like Street Foods, Indian Cultures, Product Manufacturing, Markets, and travelogues-related videos for our YouTube channel.It’s a full-time job

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
