**Job Title**: Telecaller (Female - Fresher)

**Location**: Manimajra, Chandigarh
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries.
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
- Follow up with potential leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets.

**Required Skills**:

- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi
- Polite and confident tone with the ability to handle rejections.
- Basic computer knowledge.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Freshers are welcome; prior experience is a plus.
- Minimum education: Graduate
