Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create eye-catching and effective designs for digital platforms (social media, websites, ads, etc.) using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Develop engaging video content, including editing, transitions, animations, and effects for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the design vision and deliver assets according to brand guidelines.
- Design marketing materials such as banners, flyers, posters, and other promotional collateral.
- Edit and enhance images and videos to ensure high-quality presentation and visual appeal.
- Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms, including web, social media, and print.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and emerging video editing techniques.
- Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions with team members.
- Deliver projects on time, ensuring quality and brand consistency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in Canva, Photoshop, and video editing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or other video editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong knowledge of design principles (color theory, typography, layout, etc.).
- Experience in creating engaging social media content and digital marketing materials.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing visuals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other design tools such as Illustrator and InDesign.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience in web design or UI/UX design.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices related to image and video content.
