Respond to Customer Inquiries

Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.

2. Problem Resolution

Identify customer issues and work to resolve them promptly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Follow up to ensure all issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

3. Product and Service Knowledge

Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist customers with questions or concerns.

Offer insights and recommendations on products or services that meet customer needs.

4. Document and Record Customer Interactions

Accurately log all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.

Update customer information and track follow-ups as needed.

5. Maintain Customer Satisfaction

Work to create a positive customer experience with each interaction, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

Conduct customer follow-ups when required to ensure customer needs are fully met.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with other departments (such as sales, technical support, and billing) to ensure customer issues are resolved seamlessly.

Share customer feedback with product and management teams to improve services.

7. Uphold Company Standards

Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and respectful attitude toward customers and colleagues.

Achieve customer service performance metrics, including response time and resolution rate.

Pay: Up to ₹32,320.76 per month
