**Job Role**: We are seeking enthusiastic and quick learners to join our team as Telecallers. The role involves making calls to new leads, following up, and ensuring visits for our Gurgaon-based residential rental properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to new leads and prospects.
- Follow up on leads and encourage potential clients to visit the properties.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Handle basic inquiries about the properties and share relevant information.
- Work towards achieving daily/weekly targets for calls and client visits.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Willingness to learn and follow the process.
- Punctuality and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of real estate or rental properties is a plus but not mandatory.
