Tour Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tour Package Development**: Design and develop comprehensive tour packages that cater to diverse client interests and preferences.
- **Customer Engagement**: Interact with clients to understand their travel needs, provide detailed information about available packages, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- **Customization**: Tailor tour packages to meet specific client requirements, ensuring personalized and satisfactory travel experiences.
- **Booking Coordination**: Handle all booking arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring seamless execution of tour plans.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback post-tour to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in tour planning, customer service, or sales within the travel industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for booking and website management.
