Key Responsibilities:

- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Regularly assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing feedback to students and parents.
- **Parent Communication**: Engage with parents regarding student progress, concerns, and ways to support learning at home.
- **Co-curricular Activities**: Encourage and participate in extracurricular activities that enhance student development and school spirit.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends, attending workshops and training as necessary.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or relevant field; specialization in early childhood education preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior teaching experience in Grade 1 or 2 is desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
