You will be working as Digital Evangelist and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Control Platform Division based in Bangalore; India. In this role you will be reporting to the R&D Team Lead responsible to Supports strategic corporate technology direction and future product/software/solution architecture. Initiates and drives technology, software, product and/or solution development using in-depth technical expertise in a specific area or a broad range of skills in a technical or product field.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Be the ambassador for our products and ensure that adaption is high.
- Provide guidance and support in setting up edge and cloud solutions.
- Collect feedback from customers, structure it and channel it into the R&D teams and Product Management.
- Communicate with internal customers daily to ensure their success using our products.
- Set up POCs, cloud instances and support in installation, and administration of the cloud and edge solutions.
- Conduct webinars, live events to educate and promote the product usage.
- Passionate to solve customer specific technical challenges and provide technical support for the users.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field,
- 5 to 10 Yrs years of experience from software development and agile/scrum.
- Technical understanding of Enterprise grade IoT Products, knowledge of Industrial IoT Edge architecture and landscape.
- Worked on Linux Containerization and virtualization Technologies such as docker and kubernetes and should be handy with Linux skills.
- Should have a Strong technical background along with interpersonal skills to handle internal and external customers. Ready to quickly switch context in handling varied scope of work from explaining the product functionally to building prototypes and attending customer support requests and product issues.
