Tutors/ Junior Residents

The MBBS Tutor will be responsible for teaching medical students, guiding their academic development, and assisting in clinical and practical training. The tutor will work alongside senior faculty members and contribute to the overall educational goals of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver lectures, conduct tutorials, and facilitate discussions in both theoretical and practical aspects of MBBS curriculum.
- Prepare and present learning materials, slides, and other resources to ensure effective teaching.
- Supervise medical students during clinical rounds and hospital rotations.
- Provide hands-on training and guidance in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Assess and evaluate students’ clinical skills and provide constructive feedback.
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students.
- Encourage students' interest in medical research and academic development.
- Set, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations for MBBS students.
- Provide feedback on students' performance and track progress over the course of the program.
- Participate in medical research activities and contribute to academic publications.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in medical education and practice.
- Engage in continuing medical education (CME) to enhance teaching and clinical skills.
- Collaborate with senior faculty and departmental heads to ensure alignment with the curriculum and academic objectives.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and other educational events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
