- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of counselling in skill development/education/Vocational education sector
- Should have Post Graduate/Graduate from reputed institute/top institute in Psychology, social work or Counseling.
- Should have sound knowledge of the training eco-system, with at-least 2-3 years of experience working in skill development/education/Vocational education sector
- Experience of handling college students with patience and confidence.
- Scheduling meetings with students, motivate them for bright future and empower them to make positive changes in their life
- Strong observant skills, read and understand the body language of students.
- Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office especially excel, power-point.
- **Excellent Listening skills to understand the challenges of students and help them in identifying their objective with respect to their skills, talent and strengths.**

**Other Attributes (Desirable)**
- Willingness to work on call.
- Calling students and explain the objective of project.
- Ensure students active participation in Training and build a strong connection with them.
- Dealing with complexity and ability to lay down clear road maps on the current operation and growth of the vertical
- Ability to build in best practices and innovative approach in training. Support students through interactive communication whenever needed.
- Use non-judgmental approach to give advice to students through talking therapy and manage reactions in a supportive and professional manner.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:
**Counseling activities (60% of the time) -**
- Schedule counseling sessions with one on one student and guide them the benefit of project.
- Build and manage strong relationships with students and build a strong trust towards the project and its milestones
- Assist them in a setting the GOAL and how to focus on efforts to achieve the GOAL.
- Help students in identifying the obstacles in career paths and help students to overcome them through their assistance.
- **Evaluate students’ educational and work background in order to help them determine what they need to do next to achieve their goals.**
- **Use tools such as interest inventories and personality tests and analyze the results of these assessments.**

**Calling activities (40% of the time) -**
- Orient students and analyze their interest in project.
- Maintaining and preparing proper counseling and feedback reports to be shared with internal & external stakeholders.
- Ensure minimizing dropouts.
- Call students and collect feedback, challenges in training and guide them proper solution.
