We are hiring faculties on full time basis at our Malleswaram office. - In this role, you will lead assigned classes and be trained to deliver our proven curriculum to help our students achieve their highest possible test scores in test like CAT, IPMAT & CLAT **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Delivery of Instruction**: - Ability to mentor and engage students - Ability to learn our methodology and strategies quickly - Active and ongoing classroom management - Receive and respond to ongoing training, development, and feedback **Student Service**: - Mentoring skills to help guide students of all levels achieve their highest scores on "test day" - Respond to or escalate student related issues as they arise - Partner with our service and academics support staff to ensure student needs are met **Subject Matter Expertise**: - Take various tests - both actual (CAT) and IMS internal tests as stipulated by the academic team - Learn and retain knowledge related to all aspects of tests including knowledge of test format, dates offered, test enrollment process, and admissions timeline **REQUIREMENTS** - Previous training/teaching experience preferred (those with no experience but passion to teach and motivate will definitely be considered). - Good Scores on any of the major test like CAT will definitely be an added advantage. - Weekend availability required **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Paid time off Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - This job requires working on weekends.
