Receptionist Duties:
- **Greeting visitors**: Welcoming customers and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Answering phone calls**: Managing incoming calls, directing them to appropriate personnel, and taking messages.
- **Appointment scheduling**: Coordinating appointments and managing the calendar.
- **Maintaining reception area**: Keeping the front desk clean and organized, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
- **Basic administrative tasks**: Handling mail distribution, managing office supplies, and filing documents.
- Sales Responsibilities:
- **Product knowledge**: Having detailed knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively answer customer questions.
- **Sales lead generation**: Identifying potential customers through phone inquiries, walk-ins, and other outreach methods.
- **Customer engagement**: Actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting relevant products or services.
- **Sales presentations**: Delivering concise and informative sales pitches to prospective clients.
- **Closing deals**: Negotiating terms and converting leads into paying customers.
- **Customer follow-up**: Maintaining communication with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
