Merchandiser

**Operational Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop Visual Merchandising Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's image and objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, studying target audience preferences, and staying updated on industry best practices.
- Design and Execute Displays: Conceptualize and design visually appealing displays, window dressings, and product presentations to showcase merchandise in an attractive and compelling manner. This includes arranging products, props, lighting, signage, and graphics to create an engaging shopping environment.
- Store Layout Planning: Collaborate with store managers and architects to plan the layout of merchandise, fixtures, and displays in order to maximize space utilization and facilitate traffic flow. Ensure that products are strategically positioned to optimize visibility, accessibility, and cross-selling opportunities
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure adequate stock levels and proper replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor. Monitor product availability, conduct regular inventory audits, and collaborate with buyers to make recommendations for product assortment and selection.

**Key Skills**
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with store staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

- Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
