**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES-**

? Should have at least 4-6 years brand planning experience in a digital advertising agency.
- ? Good understanding of Branding and brand building models and methods
- Strong understand of pan India markets across a wide range of categories
- More than capable to develop relevant strategies in context to various verticals of the firm
- ? Gather feedback from sales and analyze consumer behaviour to define our company?s positioning. Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events
- ? Craft our differentiation strategy. Create guidelines that define our company?s voice both online and offline.
- ? Develop our social media strategy.
- ? Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges.
