Job Title: FEMALE Medical Receptionist

Location: Prime Derm Skin Clinic

Schedule: Mon-Sat, 9:30am-1pm & 3pm-8pm

Job Summary

As the first point of contact at Prime Derm Skin Clinic, the Medical Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a warm, professional, and organized environment for patients. This role involves front desk management, patient coordination, appointment scheduling, and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at a high-end dermatology and aesthetic clinic.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using clinic software
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate consultation bookings and follow-up treatments
- Manage payment collection, issue receipts, and update billing records
- Handle patient inquiries related to procedures, products, pricing, and pre/post-care instructions
- Ensure reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming
- Support the medical and aesthetic team with documentation, consent forms, and inventory coordination
- Assist with basic social media coordination, WhatsApp broadcasts, and client reminders
- Monitor daily appointment flow and help optimize patient experience
- Uphold privacy, courtesy, and professionalism in all interactions

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a medical or cosmetic clinic
- Proficiency in English; additional local languages are a plus
- Familiarity with clinic management software (or willingness to learn)
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Warm, polished, and well-groomed appearance appropriate for a premium clinic
- Discretion, empathy, and a customer-first attitude

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of skincare and dermatology treatments is an advantage
- Experience handling sensitive or high-profile clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, aesthetically driven environment
- Basic marketing or content support (optional)
