Job Title: Project Expeditor

Location: Orissa

Overview: We're seeking a proactive Project Expeditor to oversee production activities at vendor

facilities, ensuring timely updates, addressing shop floor issues, and maintaining quality and dispatch

targets. This role involves frequent visits to vendors to monitor fabrication progress and uphold

to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Expedite Production:

- Visit vendor facilities regularly to monitor and expedite production processes.
- Collaborate with vendors to address delays and improve efficiency on the shop floor.

2. Daily Visits and Issue Resolution:

- Conduct daily visits to collect updates and resolve shop floor issues.
- Provide guidance to ensure smooth production execution.

3. Progress Reporting:

- Maintain detailed progress reports using Excel or similar tools.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

4. Quality Management:

- Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures.
- Work with QA teams to address issues and ensure compliance.

5. Dispatch Target Management:

- Collaborate with teams to establish and meet monthly dispatch targets.
- Monitor schedules and address factors impacting dispatch.

**Requirements**:

- Local of the region well versed in the local language
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- Experience in project coordination, production planning, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹11,851.97 - ₹30,000.00 per month
