Piping Designer

**NOTE : THIS IS A 8 MONTHS EXTENDABLE CONTRACT. THE JOB LOCATION WOULD BE IN ABU DHABI.**

We are hiring for both the below vacancy:

- Piping Engineer
- Senior Piping Engineer

**Qualification**:
(i) Holds a certificate/diploma in Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum 10 years of experience in oil/gas onshore and offshore facilities.

(ii) Should have at least 7 years of working experience in 3D environment using PDMS or SP3D software.

(iii) Must have working knowledge of E3D and SP3D software.

(iv) Other software like AutoCAD, Microstation etc. is required.

(v) Experience in field engineering activities will be an added advantage.

**Job Responsibility**:
Reports operationally to the Area Lead and functionally to Design Unit Head with following responsibilities / profile:
(i) Develop Plot Plans and Equipment layouts

(ii) Perform Piping Routing Studies, especially compressors, pumps, air-cooled exchangers etc.

(iii) Establish pipe rack configuration

(iv) Pro-active, co-operating, and dutiful.

(v) Performs 3D equipment modelling.

(vi) Performs piping modelling using SP3D / E3D and pipe supports modelling using SP3D & MDS based on piping studies.

(vii) Routes minor lines and incorporates modifications and changes.

(viii) Performs various checks line RDB, clash check etc.

(ix) Produces piping related drawings including details, isometrics etc.

(x) Extract isometrics and piping GA drawings from the 3D model.

(xi) Performs piping MTO.

(xii) Co-ordinates with other designers/engineers.

(xiii) Reports the progress of his works.

(xiv) Checks/comments on Vendor drawings.

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
