Duty Doctor

To take and note down history of patients ( OP / IP )
- Detailed round of the ICU patient
- To monitor vitals of inpatients and outpatients, inform the vitals parameters, diagnostic investigation to concern senior doctor.
- Entry in details of each & every patient to inform consultants about patient’s admission, reports & progress
- To carry out all of the consultants efficiently without any delay
- To implement emergency management
- To complete and maintain electronic medical records of inpatient.
- To maintain death register

**Shift Timings**: Day shift / Night shift

**Requirements**:

- FRESHERS/1+ years Experience
- MBBS Degree is mandatory
