**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Create detailed design plans and concepts for retail and commercial spaces that align with client needs and brand identity.
- **Client Consultation**: Engage with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints. Provide expert advice and recommendations to achieve their goals.
- **Project Management**: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, in house production team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
- **Space Planning**: Develop effective space plans that optimize functionality and flow, considering the practical needs of the space.
- **Material Selection**: Choose appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the design concept and client preferences.
- **Presentation**: Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings, to clients and stakeholders.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial constraints.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3D Max or any other 3D software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and technologies.
