Scope

The Producer role is critical in Digital Training not only are they a co-host for the session but they take all the burden/thought of platform/technology of the trainer to ensure that the key focus is to content, participants and Dale Carnegie knowledge rather than to “the tools.

The Live Online Producer is responsible for delivering timely training and technical support throughout the Live Online synchronous learning sessions. The Producer will use multiple synchronous training platforms to assist trainers to deliver sessions with ease and participants to effectively collaborate.

In this role, the individual manages all aspects of assigned production support projects, while interfacing with the Dale Carnegie Digital Team to ensure successful live online learning experiences for all trainers and participants.

**Responsibilities**:
This role will require someone to work with Trainer by taking a lead on the technology/virtual platform i.e. Cisco WebEx, Zoom, Hangout or any other platform.

Prepare automated welcome messages both verbal and audio, guide participants i.e. jumpstart by explaining working of the platform.

Open the room, conduct connectivity check with participants, create breakout sessions, conduct polls, recording as per the training need or trainer instruction.

Demonstrate professional experience in providing support in virtual /classroom learning environments.

Complete pre and post training work which includes invitation, attendance collation and content /ppt’s.

Troubleshoot any participant queries.

Facilitate communication via audio and chat to keep the participants engaged.

Technical Agility, On-Air Presence, Preparation, and Participant Engagement are key skills.

Graduation Compulsory.
