- Take care home delivery process and answering their queries.
- Increasing in store sales.
- Attending and solving customer phone queries.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.

**Requirements and Skills: -**
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Proficiency in English language.
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Computer literacy.
- **Graduation or Post Graduation**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
